29 CFR 1904.31(a): Recordable injuries and illnesses of all company employees including labor, executive, hourly, salary, part-time, seasonal, or migrant workers and employees who were not on the company payroll but supervised by the employer were not recorded on the OSHA 300 log: On or about November 9, 2017, the employer failed to establish and maintain the OSHA 300 and 300A logs for the calendar year of 2017. The employer stated their most recent injury occurred a few years back where an employee required sutures for a laceration to the hand.
