29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about October 26, 2017, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when the guard over the chain/sprocket on the Paradise roll bending machine in the bellows department was broken. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
