29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: On or about October 13, 2017, at Pulper #3 of the above addressed worksite, a motor fan (i.e. Marathon, Model 32GTTFCA6076) was not guarded, exposing an employee cleaning in its proximity to the hazard of being caught by rotating parts. Atlas Paper Mills LLC DBA Resolute Tissue was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1162877, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3725 East 10th Court, Hialeah Fl.
