29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On 10/9/2017, an employee of the company incurred a fall at the job site of 369 Levi Lane, Lakemont, Georgia at approximately 2pm and the employer did not report the hospitalization within 24 hours of its occurrence.
