29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: East Side: On or about October 19, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet to the ground level below, while performing stucco operations from a welded tubular scaffold without a complete guard rail system. Del Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975699, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3819 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78218.
