29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Construction site: On or about October 6, 2017, and at times prior, at 1679 Scenic Highway Snellville, GA 30078, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12' and 9'' in that employees were not wearing fall protection while framing a commercial structure.
