29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Jobsite, 1106 South Breezewood Road, Breezewood, PA 15533: Observed on or about October 3, 2017, saw dust and small pieces of lumber were observed on the floor and on equipment at various areas of the plant including the room where the Morbark chipper is located. The dust and debris created slip hazards and fire hazards for employees working in the area.
