Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: In the disbursement area: Where the payers give the vouchers to the patients were observed two leak spots and because of this in rainy days the floor can be wet. a) A leak spot in the roof near the air conditioner conduct. b) A leak spot in the west side wall. Hazard: In rainy days, an employee can slip or fall. En el area de los pagadores: Donde los pagadores le hacen entrega de los "vouchers" a los pacientes, se observaron dos manchas de una filtraciones, por donde en dias lluviosos se puede mojar el piso. a) Una mancha de filtracion en el techo al lado del conducto del aire acondicionado. b) Una mancha de filtracion en la pared del lado oeste. Riesgo: En dias lluviosos, algun empleado se puede resbalar o caerse.r
