29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. a) On or about October 5, 2017 - at the above addressed jobsite - certification of training on fall protection was not provided for employees conducting roofing operations and exposed to falls. Gallardo's Construction Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224578, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 8557 Hollybrook Lane, Tinley Park, IL. Gallardo's Construction Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1229176, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 15126 S. 82nd Ave. , Orland Park, IL.
