29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: The employer is failing to protect employees from all hazards associated with authorized employees performing service and maintenance of equipment with stored energy. The most recent occurrence of this was documented on September 27, 2017 during the inspection of the facility located at 105 N. Main St. Wakefield, NE; where the employer failed to conduct the annual periodic review of the written lockout tagout procedures for all equipment at its Wakefield facility, including, but not limited to, the Poweramp VS Series 66 Dock Levelers numbers 1-6 located in the cold storage load warehouse.
