29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 11, 2017 at 4130 Oxcliffe Grove, Suwanee, GA 30024: a) Employees were installing OSB trusses which were lifted overhead by the crane to the second floor of a residential home. An employee was exposed to struck by hazards when he did not wear a hardhat. Chico Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121121, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/21/16, with respect to a workplace located at 4451 Tallow Court, Buford, GA 30505.
