29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not inform employers of employees who worked and/or were working in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area: On or about September 7, 2017, employees of Aegis Construction Group, Inc. and LG Home Remodeling, Inc. were exposed to asbestos when removing asbestos containing roofing material. Aloha Construction, Inc. did not notify those employers of employees who were working at the Hudson, IL work site, of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material. Aloha Construction, Inc. had been notified of the presence, quantity and location of the asbestos roof by the homeowner and the homeowner's insurance company when the roof was bid for replacement.
