29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) (a) 700 E Hunting Park Ave, Philadelphia - On or about 6/28/2017, a fabricated frame scaffold was not fully planked, exposing employees to fall hazards. (b) 700 E Hunting Park Ave, Philadelphia - On or about 6/28/2017, a trestle ladder scaffold was not fully planked, exposing employees to fall hazards. Guzzo Stucco & Masonry, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1110084, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/21/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6, Columbus Court, Berlin Township, NJ.
