29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: location: exterior of building on or about: 8/22/17 a) Employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold. The working levels of the scaffold were not fully decked. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19 The Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164030, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/18/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Gables Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831.
