29 CFR 1910.263(c)(2): Gears. All gears shall be completely enclosed regardless of location: a) Specialty Bakers LLC 560 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA Mixing Area -- The employer did not completely enclose the gear at line 2 pie maker at the dough feeder to prevent access, thereby exposing employees to injuries, on or about August 17, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
