29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or about 8/16/2017 at the Lug Plate Lines operations OP30, OP70, & OP71 at 500 Valentine Industrial Parkway, Pendergrass, GA: Employees were exposed coolant chemical in their eyes and on the face while removing and replacing tools or parts and troubleshooting fault errors with the equipment. The Toyota Industries Compressor Parts America Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.133(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046056, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/22/2015, with respect to a workplace located at500 Valentine Industrial Parkway, Pendergrass, Georgia 30567.
