Site: 135 Joralemon Street Brooklyn, NY On or about 8/16/17 a) Employer did not ensure employees doing roof work repair were using fall protection. Employees conducting roof repair on a two story private residence were not using fall protection. The front roof had a steep pitch and the rear was a low slope roof.
