29 CFR 1926.302(e)(3): Any tool found not in proper working order, or that develops a defect during use, shall be immediately removed from service and not used until properly repaired: On or about 08/15/2017, at 2681 East Lakeshore, Baton Rouge, LA, an employee was using a saw to cut framing material and the shrink-wrap on the saw's electrical cord had exposed wiring.
