29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: On or about 8/8/2017 in the production areas at 1 Wingfoot Way NE, Social Circle, Georgia, employees walking and working in the production areas are exposed to a collision hazard from powered industrial trucks being operated in certain areas of the facility. The employer failed to ensure all aisles and passageways were appropriately marked or delineated.
