29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite, 655 Pennridge Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about July 31, 2017, a Field Supervisor and a Foreman were working on a ladder jack scaffold that was 26 feet high without fall protection.
