29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). On or about July 10, 2017 at 195 Athens Highway, Loganville GA. a) The employer exposed employees to cave-in hazards in that protective systems were not utilized while employees were working within a 7 - 9 ft. trench to install water and sewer piping.
