29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) 5801 West Side Avenue, On the Middle Door of the Southwest Corner Room, North Bergen, NJ. Where the employer directs employees to archive and retrieve broadcast video tapes from high density mobile/powered storage shelves, the emergency exit door was not labeled "Exit." Violation observed on or about 06/30/2017. NBC Universal was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 785342, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5801 West Side Avenue, North Bergen, NJ.
