29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Anchor Glass Container Corporation, Warner Robins, GA - The employer had designated a roll-up door as an emergency exit for employees working in the warehouse. The roll-up door had to be opened with a chain on a gear required to be pulled, on or about 6/30/17.
