29 CFR 1910.23(d)(13)(ii): A minimum perpendicular distance of 30 inches (76 cm) from the centerline of the steps or rungs to the nearest object on the climbing side was not provided: Maintenance Shop, near Janitors Closet: On, or about, June 23, 2017, items were stored on the climbing side and side of the fixed ladder that led to Conveyor SS15-17. A clear space of 30 inches was not maintained on the climbing side of the ladder.
