29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 325 Whippany Road, Building 4, Whippany Crossing, Whippany, NJ. Employees setting trusses were exposed to falls of 17'7" to the second floor from the trusses and exposed to falls of 21' from the top of the second floor to the ground below at this new townhome construction as no methods of fall protection were in use. Violation observed on or about 05/12/2017. b) 325 Whippany Road, Building 4, Whippany Crossing, Whippany, NJ. Employee was exposed to falls of 9' from the rafters to the floor below as no methods of all protection were used. Violation observed on or about 06/02/2017.
