29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. An in-patient hospitalization of one (1) employee, occurring on or about May 20, 2017, was not reported to OSHA within the 24-hour reporting requirement. Wal-Mart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059076, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6626 FM 1960 Road, Humble, Texas 77346.
