(a) Location - 170 Evelyn Road, Newton, MA: On or about 5/31/2017, employees were not protected from falling 16 feet 10 inches above a lower level. 2 Penn, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127534, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 174 Northern Blvd, Newburyport, Massachusetts.
