29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). (a) 2004 Irma Circle, ocean Springs, MS - On or about May 25, 2017 two employees were working in an 8 foot deep trench, relocating the sewer pipe, without any means of cave in protection. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards.
