29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Press area; Modified extension cord sets were used as a substitute for permanent wiring on press 1 and 2. The Applied Molding Technologies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017787, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 509 Wisconsin Avenue South in Frederic, WI.
