29 CFR 1926.353(a)(6): Oxygen was used for ventilation purposes, comfort cooling, blowing dust from clothing, or cleaning the work area: a) Culvert Install Site: On or about May 05, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to burns, impairment of ability to self-rescue, and incapacitation while using oxygen from a compressed gas cylinder for ventilation while welding inside of a 36 inch culvert.
