29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: 1) Facility located at 7831 Bartram Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19153: Employees were exposed to chemical and physical hazards in the workplace. The Employer has assessed the hazards and provided personal protective equipment such as, gloves and filtering face piece respirators, but has not documented the evaluation in a written certification. Condition noted on or about May 8th 2017.
