29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: On or about April 21, 2017, Employees using the Toyota sit-down type LP-gas forklift, model 7FGCU25, SN # 73736 to including but not limited to lift items and lift employees, while the name nameplates and markings on the forklifts were illegible condition, exposing employees to unknown operational limits and manufacturer warnings. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
