29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Ammo Dept., on or about 5/4/17: Employees were not protected from falling from the feeder bowl platform at the Double Bank Redraw, B side, located 5 feet from floor level. The Crosman Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 283828, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/13, with respect to a workplace located at 7629 Routes 5 & 20, Bloomfield, NY 14469.
