29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations shall be kept clean and function labels kept legible. At the steel distribution and fabrication facility located at 2400 N.E. 36th Street, Fort Worth, Texas the employer did not ensure crane remotes were clearly marked for identification exposing employees to crush-by and/or struck-by hazards. Willbanks Metals, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991598, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 07, 2014 with a final abatement date of October 08, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 1155 NE 28th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76106.
