29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a. Ross Casting & Innovation, LLC located in Sidney, Ohio: On or about April 21, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees working on the APF line, Final Blast operation, and CKO cells were provided with audiometric testing when exposed to levels of high noise above 85 dBA as an 8-hour time-weighted average.
