29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 20th, in the Boiler Room, maintenance employees were exposed to electrical shock when servicing the Lightnin Mixer #2 due to the lack of strain relief exposing live conductors. Aramark Uniform Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(III), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 988545, citation number 001, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3300 N. 41st Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
