In the northwest corner of the warehouse, the exit door was locked, on or about, 6/21/2017. Bob's Barricades, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which is contained in OSHA inspection 1173892 citation number 1, item 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/2016. with respect to the workplace located at 5018 24th Ave. South, Tampa FL 33619.
