29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) On or about April 14, 2017, an employee was working on a ladder jack scaffold was not protected from fall hazards of approximately 13 feet by a personal fall arrest system. Witz Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 647238, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/24/13, with respect to a workplace located at 401 Canada St, Lake George, NY 12845.
