29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: JOBSITE: The employees operating pneumatic nail guns to install roof shingles were not wearing eye protection. Above All Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 907977, Citation Number 01, Item Number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Laural Sands Condo's, 1 Seaview Avenue, Bldg "1B", Milford, CT 06460.
