29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about April 4, 2017, at Smoothie King, 2068 Henderson Mill Road, Atlanta, Georgia: An employee performing sign installation and repair work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 7-feet when he worked from the basket of an aerial lift without wearing a harness and attaching a lanyard to the basket of the aerial lift. Lauren & Amy, Inc. dba Sign Planet was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 479338, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2670 Cobb Parkway SE, Smyrna, Georgia, 30080.
