29 CFR 1904.39(a): The employer failed to report to OSHA a work-related death within eight (8) hours after the death of the employee. (a) A work-related fatality occurred on April 5, 2017, the occurrence was at the Southern Idaho Solid Waste transfer station located 2186 Orchard Drive, Twin Falls, Idaho. OSHA was notified by media sources on April 6, 2017. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
