29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no (a) On or about 4/11/17, employees were working on a scaffold in which plank had been removed, exposing employees to falls of approximately 14ft. R&M Masonry Contractors, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992833, citation number 1, item number 1-A and was affirmed as a final order on 03/20/15, with respect to a workplace located at 410 S Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
