29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Location - 18 Perley Street Lynn, MA: On or about 4/10/17, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 22 feet on a residential roof and were not protected from falling to lower levels or the ground. (b) Location: 18 Perley Street, Lynn, MA: On or about 4/10/17, employees were exposed to falls in excess of ten feet on a residential roof and were not protected from falling to lower levels or the ground. This violation was most recently observed on 4/10/17 at a jobsite located at 18 Perley Street, Lynn MA where employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than ten feet and 22 feet. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that employees are wearing fall protection at all times when exposed to falls greater than six feet.
