29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Worksite: On or about 3/29/2017, employees were not protected from overhead hazards while working below roofers. C&J Construction and Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134060, citation number 002, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/28/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Centre Street, Rumford RI, 02916. C&J Construction and Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1072641, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/24/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Doyle Street, Providence RI, 02905.
