29 CFR 1904.31(a): Recordable injuries and illnesses of all company employees including labor, executive, hourly, salary, part-time, seasonal, or migrant workers and employees who were not on the company payroll but supervised by the employer were not recorded on the OSHA 300 log. The employer failed to record injuries and illnesses of its employees on the OSHA Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses form known as the OSHA 300 log.
