29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and/or an incident report (OSHA Form 301or equivalent) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: a) On March 24, 2017, the employer failed to log injuries within seven calendar days of the occurrence on the OSHA 300 Log, or equivalent form, during the calendar year 2017. On or about March 16, 2017, a recordable injury occurred when and employee caught his left hand in an All-Fill Screw Conveyor, resulting in a partial amputation of the pointer finger and lacerations to the middle and ring fingers. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
