29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Jobsite: On or about March 9 2017 the employer did not assure that each employee working on ladder jack scaffolding, and exposed to a fall of approximately 19 feet, was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926 (a)(2)(I) through (viii).
