29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) An annual/periodic inspection of the energy control procedures has not been conducted for, but not limited to press breaks, ovens, paint booths, paint curing oven process and parts washing conveyor, overhead cranes, and other metal fabricating equipment to ensure that procedures and requirements of the standard are being followed and that employees who implement energy control procedures understand their application. The Compo Steel Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1041452, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3637 N. Holton Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53212.
