29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Debone department - On or about 3/2/2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards, in that dry ice was on the floor while employees were working in the area. Repeat - Serious Citation: Koch Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of the same occupational safety and health standard and hazard of 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection # 1143972, Citation #1, Item #1 and was affirmed as final on 10/25/2016, which respect to a workplace located at 921 South Main Street, Forest, MS, 39074.
