29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) Surfaces in the lunchroom were contaminated with metal dusts. The soda machine chute and chip vending machine chute were contaminated with dust containing cobalt, cadmium, and manganese. This exposed employees to health illnesses affecting the kidneys, liver and other body systems.
